Hip Hop Fitness is a one hour class filled with insane energy and powerful results. The music, moves, and results are addicting. No experience needed!

We all know how it feels to walk into something new for the first time and not know what to expect. Every participant has different fitness goals, and this class is for all fitness levels and abilities. So relax, it's a guaranteed fun and effective workout for everyone.
